Classes

FORM

A heated, high-energy, mat-based class that draws on principles of strength training, cardio conditioning and creative sequencing.

TREAD

High-intensity interval training with eight sets of fast-paced treadmill or bike exercises, followed by a strength workout, each for 20 seconds.

BUILD

Full body conditioning class intended to BUILD strength and confidence as you move through this fun and challenging circuit format.

BURN

This class combines elements of our signature heated FORM class paired with skillful sequenced weighted vinyasa flows designed to challenge your strength, mobility, and balance for a full body workout. Our INFRARED heat panels allow you to open up, melt deep into the poses, while burning an insane amount of calories!
