FORM

A heated, high-energy, mat-based class that draws on principles of strength training, cardio conditioning and creative sequencing.

TREAD

High-intensity interval training with eight sets of fast-paced treadmill or bike exercises, followed by a strength workout, each for 20 seconds.

BUILD

Full body conditioning class intended to BUILD strength and confidence as you move through this fun and challenging circuit format.

CORE

A heated class that combines various movements from hot yoga, pilates, and cardio. Each class is designed to maximize the benefits of compound movements by wearing wrist and ankle weights, while also using a variety of weights, bands, and Pilates props. If you know Kristen, you know you are in for a little mindfulness and breath work as well!

KUT

Cardio Kickboxing: A high energy, cardio, full body workout designed to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance as you punch and kick your way through class!
