Getting started with us begins with a 10 minute phone call with our Owner, Kelly Lorenz.

 

During this call, we will discuss your fitness goals, your past experiences with training, and what you’d consider successful results to be. Basically, we’re checking to see if our gym is the right place for you.

 

This conversation also gives us a chance to share details about how we approach training, what our studio culture looks like,  and what our different options are, as well as answer any other questions you might have. We’re also happy to arrange a time for you to come see our gym and talk about any more questions you might have.
